Q1: How do I save my rule text in Rich Text Format (RTF)?
A: Rule text must be saved in Rich Text Format (RTF) before the text is attached to the rule filing.
For Microsoft Word:
1. With your rule text document open on the screen, go to the "File" menu and select "Save As".

2. After the "Save As" dialog box opens, use the "Save as type" scroll box and select "Rich text format (*.rtf)".

3. Click the save button.
For Corel WordPerfect:
1. With your rule text document open on the screen, go to the "File" menu and select "Save As".

2. After the "Save As" dialog box opens, use the "File type" scroll box and select "Rich Text Format (RTF)".

3. Click the save button.
