The following administrative rule hearings were announced in recent issues of the Utah State Bulletin. This page is updated with each Bulletin issued, on approximately the 1st and 15th of the month.

Generally

A state agency is not automatically required to hold a hearing when it proposes a rule. A hearing is only required when a specific statute requires a hearing, or when ten persons request a hearing. Rule hearings are governed by Section 63G-3-302 and Rule R15-1.
