Governor's Executive Order Reauthorizing Administrative Rules.

EXECUTIVE ORDER

I, Michael O. Leavitt, Governor of the State of Utah, acting under authority of Article VII, Section 5 of the Utah Constitution, to "see that the laws are faithfully executed," and having found that the necessity exists to continue enforcement of all state agency Administrative Rules, hereby order that, except as provided in S.B. 146 (1997 General Session), all Administrative Rules of Utah State agencies are reauthorized, effective May 1st, 1997.
