Governors' Executive Documents

Table of Contents

Generally

The Governor's executive documents (Executive Orders and Proclamations) are published in the Utah State Bulletin as they are made available. The Bulletin is published on the 1st and 15th of each month.  This page, updated periodically, contains links to the Governor's executive documents printed in the Utah State Bulletin or otherwise available.

PLEASE NOTE: Each executive document is published from an electronic version provided by the Governor's office. Occasionally, special symbols or characters may appear in the original document (e.g., a section character for the word "section", a publishing quote for a regular quote, etc.). These special symbols or characters may not translate well across computer systems or applications. In cases where special symbols or characters have been used in the original, the division has substituted the full word or the standard character.

Documents listed without a link are documents for which an electronic version is not currently available. Documents listed and followed by an asterisk (*) are documents that were not received for timely publication in the Utah State Bulletin.

Signed copies of executive documents are available from the Governor's Office (for the current administration), and the Utah State Archives. Digital scans of executive orders and proclamations for the Leavitt administration (1993 through 2003) are also available from the Research Center.
