Under Subsection 63-2-502(2)(a), the State Records Committee may make rules to govern its proceedings and this rule outlines the procedures followed by a governmental entity complying with the decision and order of the State Records Committee.

No written comments have been received on this rule in the past five years.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule explains the procedures for a governmental entity to follow in order to be compliant with the State Records Committee's order. The rule also allows the Committee to enforce their order if there is noncompliance from a governmental entity. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
