NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Title 4, Chapter 5, the Utah Wholesome Food Act, establishes the guidelines for the requirements of water vending machines.

No written comments have been received.

 

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule is established to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public using vended water. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
