Subsection 53-3-104(1)(b) says the division will make rules regarding restrictions to be imposed on a person driving a motor vehicle with a temporary learner permit. This rule defines those restrictions.

This rule needs to be continued so the Division is in compliance with the statue in defining restrictions for a temporary learner permit.
