NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Subsection 41-6-44.7(11) requires us to make a rule setting standards for the certification of ignition interlock systems. This rule defines those standards.

No written comments have been received.

 

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule needs to be continued to be in compliance with the statute requesting that a rule be established setting standards for ignition interlock systems.
