Section 34A-8-111 gives the Labor Commission authority to establish rules to administer the Reemployment Act.

No written comments have been received since the last five-year review of the rule.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

In light of the Commission's continuing responsibility to administer Utah's workers' compensation system and the reemployment of injured workers, it remains necessary for the Commission to set forth guidelines for reemployment of injured workers, and therefore this rule should be continued.
