NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Concise explanation of the particular statutory provisions under which the rule is enacted and how these provisions authorize or require the rule:

Pursuant to 28 CFR 35.107, 1992 edition, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Crime Victim Reparations adopts this grievance procedures rule to provide for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging any action prohibited by Title II of the ADA.

 

Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

There have not been any written comments for or against this rule.

 

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The rule continues to provide for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints pursuant to the ADA.
