Environmental Quality, Air Quality: Public Notice: Extending the Comment Period on the Proposed Amendment to Section R307-110-11 Entitled Section IX, Control Measures for Area and Point Sources, Part B, Sulfur Dioxide

The public comment period for the proposed amendment to Section R307-110-11 and the Sulfur Dioxide Maintenance Plan for Salt Lake and parts of Tooele County has been extended through 5 p.m. on November 7, 2004. The amendment was published in the October 1, 2004, issue of the Utah State Bulletin (2004-19, page 37) under DAR No. 27429.
