Subsection 62A-11-104.1(2) requires the Office of Recovery Services (ORS) to establish through rule the information financial institutions and insurance companies are required to provide.

This rule must continue for ORS to be in compliance with Subsection 62A-11-104.1(2). Information from financial instititions and insurance companies is important in the continued success of collecting child support for families.
