Subsection 41-12a-803(7) says the department shall make rules and develop procedures in cooperation with the Motor Vehicle Division to use the database for the purpose of administering and enforcing this provision of this statute.

This rule needs to be continued so the division can maintain a database on uninsured motorists as per statute and to protect the public.
