Purpose of the rule or reason for the change:

The purpose of this amendment is to add Section 34A-2-407 as a basis for authorizing the rules governing workers' compensation and health care providers.

 

Summary of the rule or change:

This amendment adds Section 34A-2-407 as a basis for authorizing the rules governing Workers' Compensation and Health Care Providers.

Sections 34A-2-101 et seq., 34A-3-101 et seq., and 34A-1-104

the state budget:

There should be no cost or savings to the state budget, as this amendment does not add any new requirements.
