Section 63-46a-1 et seq. specifies procedures for state agencies to follow in making rules.

No written comments have been received.

 

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

It is necessary to have a rule that provides specific information for the State Board of Education and the State Office of Education to follow when initiating rulemaking activity. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
