RULE ANALYSIS

Purpose of the rule or reason for the change:

The purpose of this amendment is to change the date of adoption by the Air Quality Board.

 

Summary of the rule or change:

When the rule was proposed for public comment, it was expected that the Air Quality Board would adopt it on February 1, 2006. Instead, adoption was postponed until March 1, 2006. This change amends the date. (DAR NOTE: This change in proposed rule has been filed to make additional changes to a proposed amendment that was published in the December 1, 2005, issue of the Utah State Bulletin, on page 12. Underlining in the rule below indicates text that has been added since the publication of the proposed rule mentioned above; strike-out indicates text that has been deleted. You must view the change in proposed rule and the proposed amendment together to understand all of the changes that will be enforceable should the agency make this rule effective.)

The Utah State Implementation Plan, Section VIII, Prevention of Significant Deterioration, as most recently amended by the Utah Air Quality Board on [February 1]March 8, 2006, pursuant to Section 19-2-104, is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of these rules.
