NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

This rule establishes procedures for informal adjudicative proceedings as required by Section 63-46b-5 of the Administrative Procedures Act.

This rule must be continued in order for the Office of Recovery Services to continue utilizing informal adjudicative proceedings.
