This rule is adopted pursuant to the rulewriting authority granted to this agency under Sections 13-1-2 and 13-1-6 and pursuant to the Utah Administrative Procedures Act, Subsection 63-46b-1(6), which provides that agencies may enact rules affecting or governing their adjudicative proceedings.

 

Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

No written comments have been received since the last review.

 

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule must be continued because it establishes the procedures that the agency will follow in all adjudicative proceedings.
