NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

This rule is authorized by Sections 63-2-204 and 63-2-904, which authorize government agencies to make rules specifying where, and to whom, requests for access to government records shall be directed.

No written comments have been received.

 

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule needs to be continued so that the public and other government agencies have a process to follow when requesting records from Corrections.
