NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Sections 26-19-1 through 26-19-19 and 26-18-8; and Subsection 26-18-10(4) require the Agency to promulgate rules to administer the Third Party Liability Program.

No written comments have been received.

 

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule is needed to continue the Third party Liability program required by the Medical Benfits Recovery Act, Title 26, Chapter 19.
