An ad hoc committee from the Utah State Bar has asked for a change in the rule at Section R154-2-149 which would give more information about exact name searches. No other comments have been received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any: |

There is a statutory mandate to continue the rule. The Division is not opposed to changes in the rule and will work with the Utah State Bar on these fixes.
