NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Subsection 63-25a-406(c) directs the Crime Victims Reparations Board to "adopt rules to implement and administer" the Crime Victims' Reparations Act.

The rule provides standards for approving and administering reparation claims, and therefore, this rule should be continued.
