Purpose of the rule or reason for the change:
The rule is being amended to update the Utah Code citation that makes this rule applicable.
Summary of the rule or change:
The rule needs to be changed to reflect changes in the Utah Code. The authorization citations for this rule were Subsections 49-4-203(3)(b) and 49-4a-203(5)(b). They have been repealed. The new citations are Subsections 49-14-201(4), (5), and (6) and 49-15-201(5), (6), and (7).
