This rule is issued under Section 72-1-201 and the Government Records Access and Management Act (Title 63, Chapter 2) to make clear the department's general policy that final written orders, decisions, opinions, and statements of general applicability are public records.

No comments have been received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The department continues to adhere to the same public records policy and no one has complained about the rule. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
