Section 57-21-8 gives the Labor Commission authority to establish rules to administer the Utah Fair Housing Act.

No written comments have been received during or since the last five-year review of this rule.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The Labor Commission continues to have jurisdiction over discrimination in matters of housing for the State of Utah. This rule establishes the procedures necessary to implement the Utah Fair Housing Act. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
