Section 53A-13-208 establishes standards and procedures to certify teachers in the public schools to administer knowledge and driving skills tests.

This rule is necessary so standards and procedures can be established as per statute that allow the division to certify teachers who teach driver education in the public schools so they can administer knowledge and skill tests. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
