Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule establishes the minimum treatment requirements for various types of water sources for public drinking water systems throughout the state, and since the Board has not received comments opposing this rule, the Board feels it is prudent to continue this rule.
