In Section 53-5-710, persons carrying weapons are restricted from established secure areas within detention facilities as outlined in Sections 76-8-311.1, 76-8-311.3, and 76-10-523.5.

No written comments have been received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The agency continues to need to restrict weapons in secure areas of juvenile detention facilities. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
