[R877-23V-4. License Holder Prohibitions Pursuant to Utah
Code Ann. Section 41-3-210.
A.
A person holding a dealer's license may not:
1. employ a person who has not
obtained a salesperson's license to act as a salesperson for that dealer;
2.
enter into a contract, agreement, or owner-finder plan with a person who
has not obtained a salesperson's license to act as a salesperson for that
dealer; or
3.
encourage or conspire with any person who has not obtained a
salesperson's license to:
a)
act as a salesperson or agent;
b)
solicit for prospective purchasers; or
c)
negotiate or assist in any way in the negotiation of a sale of a motor
vehicle for a salary, commission, or compensation of any kind.]
