This rule is adopted pursuant to the rulewriting authority granted to the Division pursuant to Section 13-2-5, which provides that the Division may issue rules to administer and enforce the chapters listed in Section 13-2-1, including the Business Opportunity Disclosure Act.

Since this rule was last reviewed, the Division has received no written comments with respect to the rule.

This rule sets forth the rules necessary for the administration of the Business Opportunity Disclosure Act. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
