Subsection 53C-1-302(1)(a)(ii) and Section 53C-2-404 authorize the director of the School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration to prescribe the applicant requirements and the form of application.

No comments have been received by the agency concerning this rule.

This rule sets forth the requirements that an applicant must meet in order to be qualified as a user of trust lands. It also enables the agency to be consistent in its acceptance or rejection of applications. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
