Subsections 63-2-204, 63-2-603, and 63-2-904; Subsection 53C-1-201(3)(a)(i)(A); and Section 53C-2-102 authorize the director of the School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration to adopt rules that protect confidential information provided to the agency regarding business proposals submitted for consideration.

No written comments have been received by the agency regarding this rule.
Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
Statute requires that the agency provide guidelines for access by the public to Agency records. This rule provides those guidelines. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
