Subsection 53C-1-302(1)(a)(ii) authorizes the director of the School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration to adopt rules necessary to fulfill the purposes of Title 53C.

No comments have been received by the agency concerning this rule.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

This rule allows the agency to establish a list of fees that are charged in order to recoup some of the costs of doing business. The assessment of these fees is established pursuant to policy set by the Board of Trustees and assists the agency in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibility in behalf of the various trusts. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
