NOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION

Sections 62A-4a-106 and 78-30-1 require the Division of Child and Family Services to provide adoption services to the citizens of Utah.

Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

No written comments have been received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

Continuation of this rule is necessary in order for the Division of Child and Family Services to provide services to persons applying for adoptive placement of special needs children. There are some nonsubstantive revisions to update citations to this rule in process which will be filed soon.
