Section 72-11-21 grants the Utah Department of Transportation the authority to enact ropeway rules.

No written comments have been received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The rule is necessary in order to safeguard the life, health, property, and welfare of citizens while using passenger ropeways. Failure to keep this rule would likely result in an increase increase of injuries and accidents. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
