This rule clarifies the process for rolling unused program funds from one fiscal year to the next. These requirements are outlined in Federal regulation, 45 CFR Chapter XIII Subchapter C, Part 1321.37.

No written comments have been received.

There has been no opposition to the rule. The rule ensures state compliance with Federal regulation 45 CFR, Chapter XIII Subchapter C, Part 1321.37. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
