Subsection 53A-12-102(1) provides for the Utah State Board of Education to make rules for school districts/schools to follow when charging fees to students for participation in school district/school sponsored/supported activities.

This rule provides necessary standards and procedures for school districts/schools to follow when charging fees to students for participation in school district/school sponsored/supported activities. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
