This rule is authorized by Subsection 53-8-204(5)(e) which states that the division shall make rules establishing program guidelines for a school district that elects to implement a safety inspection apprenticeship program for high school students.

No written comments have been received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The program guidelines outline the requirements necessary to enter into an apprenticeship with a school district. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
