This rule establishes the priorities and procedures for segregating portions of the Flaming Gorge Water Right No. 41-3479 owned by the Board of Water Resources, as outlined in Section 73-10-24.

Summary of written comments received during and since the last five-year review of the rule from interested persons supporting or opposing the rule:

No written comments have been received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The Board of Water resources is still accepting applications for portions of the Flaming Gorge Water Right and needs this rule outlining the priorities and procedures. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
