Subsection 53A-13-201(4) directs the Utah State Board of Education to provide rules for standards for driver education programs in the public schools.

This rule provides standards and procedures that continue to be utilized for schools/school districts that provide automobile driver education programs in public schools. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
