Section 63A-3-106 authorizes the Division of Finance to establish per diem rates for all state officers and employees of the executive branch, except officers and employees of higher education, to meet subsistence expenses for attendance at official meetings.

No written comments have been received from any interested persons concerning this rule.

It is necessary to continue this rule because it is required by statute. It sets the rates for per diem paid to board members and establishes the conditions under which the per diem will be paid. No opposing comments have been received.
