Section 77-27-11 requires the parole agent to submit a parole progress/violation report when an incident occurs that constitutes cause to modify the conditions of parole.

Rule R671-509 outlines Board procedure regarding the appropriate process in the event of a violation of parole conditions. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
