Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:
This rule expressly states the conditions and who may allow alcohol in state park system buildings and areas. It is written in easy to understand language and backs up Utah Code for violations. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
