Sections 62A-4a-105 and 62A-4a-202.3 require the Division of Child and Family Services to provide child protective services to the citizens of Utah.

This rule is needed for the Division of Child and Family Services to follow federal and state child welfare system requirements. Therefore, this rule should be continued. There are nonsubstantive revisions being made to update this rule, which will be filed in the future.
