Title 19-3-104. All sources of ionizing radiation shall be registered or licensed by the department.

The radiation control board has determined there is a need to license radiation sources that constitute a significant health hazard. This rule specifies the regulatory requirements for radiation originating from Therapeutic Radiation Machines.
