This rule is authorized by Subsection 53-1-106(1)(a) which requires that the department shall set performance standards for towing companies to be used by the department.

No written comments have been received.

Reasoned justification for continuation of the rule, including reasons why the agency disagrees with comments in opposition to the rule, if any:

The department has set these performance standards for towing companies and continues to use them. Therefore, this rule should be continued.
