Utah Department of Administrative Services Division of Administrative Rules

Paper Editions of Utah's Administrative Rules Publications

Generally

The Division of Administrative Rules no longer sponsors paper editions of administrative rules publications.  Funding for that activity was reallocated by Legislature in the FY 2003 budget.  However, paper editions of the Utah State Bulletin and the Utah Administrative Code are still available from other sources.

Utah State Bulletin

A paper edition of the Utah State Bulletin (ISSN 0882-4738) is printed and distributed semi-monthly--the 1st and 15th of each month--by the Office of Legislative Printing.  The annual subscription rate (24 issues - July through June) is US $126.

Utah Administrative Code

The Division of Administrative Rules is aware of one paper edition of the Utah Administrative Code that is available from LexisNexis. The LexisNexis edition of the Code -- Utah Administrative Code Annotated (UACA)-- including history notes and case law annotations, as well as the full text of all the permanent administrative rules of Utah. The UACA is published as a softbound, annually replaced edition. The UACA is divided into ten volumes: nine volumes of rule and annotation text, plus one volume of tables and index. Subscribers may either purchase the entire Code, or only those volumes that they need.
