Administrative Rules Review Committee Meeting Scheduled for January 22, 2013

The Utah Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee has scheduled its first meeting of 2013 for Tuesday, January 22.  The meeting is scheduled to begin at 9 AM in room 445 of the State Capitol.  Agenda items include:

  • Need for rules to implement S.B. 84 (2012) Water Skiing Amendments;
  • Rule R357-9, Alternative Energy Development Tax Incentives;
  • Education-related rulemaking to implement 2012 General Session bills; and
  • Draft legislation:  “Reauthorization of Administrative Rules”.
